Chip, John M and all,

Sorry about that. It looked fine on my screen but didn't transmit well.

Appended is the whole document in word form, with the equations in their right place. For completeness, my earlier attachment is also appended.

Cheers,

Vivian Robinson

Vivian,

I am sending this only to you. Your last post is very hard to understand with many attachments which are not obvious how they fit together. I attempted to organize them into a single Word document, but the attached Word document is what I obtained. I went vertically starting with the left hand column, but this does not make any sense. I now see that perhaps they fit together better if I go horizontally, but even that is not correct. Also I suspect that most readers will not be able to open TIFF documents.

I really do want to read your thoughts. Therefore, please restate them in an easy to read format. For example, you can rearrange the various parts of the attached Word document and add text as necessary. It is possible to write equations in Word if you click the “insert” tab then click either “equations” or “symbols”. Once the Word document is complete, it can be pasted into an email or merely be an attachment.

Sincerely,

John M.
