This is another suggestion for inertia. It is a considerationto lead to the structure of the neutrino and electron. https://www.academia.edu/22205666/Inertia_according_to_the_STOE Inertiaaccording to the STOE TheScalar Theory of Everything (STOE) model of photons is extended to model theinertia of mass. The characteristic of the plenum, hods, and their interactionsyields the Newtonian characteristics of gravitational mass and inertial mass. The Equivalence Principle is derived from these characteristics rather havingto be assumed. The characteristics have been used to derive the STOE photondiffraction model. An experiment has rejected all other diffraction models.  Hodge
