Rereading your post :
The rejection of a model takes only one falsifier experiment in the range a model should apply. The Hodge Experiment does that. HF is rejected.
However, your request for repeating and widening the range is for the acceptance of a model in the community. If the social community wants to keep the falsified model(ie not wanting to change), continually asking for more data is one way to do it.
