Thanks for congratulation. Publication in arXiv  was not definitely expected -- some my work were declined there.
Last years they are trying to exclude or suppress this topic! I cannot give advice in this case.

The question about   `radius change by increasing the model's speed' .. is really old  my trouble, and I should still think.
There is an argument that no change, since we have to take into account time dilation, but the light-like circulation itself decreases the  radius, as it is seen to external observer.  So let as think.
