Nevertheless, Mary Fletcher and I have put together a preliminary questionnaire that we hope will be answered by the group to be modified into a useful structure. Hopefully, it will be one from which Rachel might produce a 'check box' questionnaire that can provide some quantification of the views of the present and future groups.<br> <o:p></o:p></p></div><p class=MsoNormal>Please fill out the attached Excel file with brief answers. I have included my answers as a guideline. You can see that they are not complete. At some point we might have the contributors reference papers (& page numbers) for more details. We will try to integrate the answers in some manner. If you have suggested changes to the questions and additional questions of interest, please include them.
