For me it seems that the Monopole-Detector can only detect monopoles via a mechanical photo plate.</p>

<li>In what time-periods do scientists check the plates for <i>magnetic monopoles

</i>?</li><li>Can MoEDAL also detect monopoles electronically/automatically in Real-Time ?</li></ul>
