<DIV><FONT color=#000080 size=2 face=Arial>In particular I feel we need to be
very clear that 'field bosons' are a convenient fiction - what someone I knew
would refer to as an 'architectural rendering' (a construct to fill-in a
conceptual gap left by an effect without in any way explaining it -
demonstrating a total lack of understanding of that effect); I'd liken them to
the Emperor's new clothes - covering nothing at all. Once we see particles
as closed-loop excitations (as you say), it's abundantly clear that such
excitations do not have an abrupt cut-off boundary but extend indefinitely in
such a tension field (like the rings emanating from a point in a lake where a
pebble has been dropped in); as soon as we see that, it follows as night follows
day that inter-particle forces are in fact interference effects between
non-linear waveforms - no need for manufactured 'explanations' for so-called
'action at a distance'.</FONT></DIV>
