[General] light speed fastest of matter

VivThe STOE suggest photons are composed of 2D particles that travel in direction of zero cross section. Therefore, light is fastest that matter can travel in any medium. Other matter has flat surfaces presented to direction of travel. LET is preferred over SR.Hodge
