[General] mass and charge as separate entities

Dear Hodge,

I have been 'worrying' these problems for years. If you have access to the
SPIE arxives, you might find these papers from the 2015 conference useful
for your quest. If you don't have free access, let me know and I'll send
you copies of the papers.

A. Meulenberg, W. R. Hudgins, and R. F. Penland, “The photon to
electron/positron-pair transition,” *Proc. SPIE*. 9570, The Nature of
Light: What are Photons? VI, 95700S. (September 10, 2015) doi:
10.1117/12.2187489

A. Meulenberg, W. R. Hudgins, and R. F. Penland, “The photon: EM
fields, electrical
potentials, and AC charge,” *Proc. SPIE* 9570, The Nature of Light: What
are Photons? VI, 95700C (September 10, 2015); doi:10.1117/12.2187509

Even the answers to your last questions are derivative from the above
papers. But, I have not been able to get the later papers published yet.

I am sorry that I have been unable to participate in this forum lately, but
family obligations and another project have taken too much time.
